2012 AZ Player Development Camp Registration Link

Please be sure to enter your player's current year (2011-2012) USA Hockey registration number when registering for the camp. If you are a returning player using previous registration information, please edit and update the USA Hockey registration number on the Player Information page to the current year registration number. If you're not sure what your current year registration number is you can request a duplicate copy from USA Hockey by going to usahockey.com, then the Players Tab, then Register online, then "Request a Duplicate Registration Confirmation" under Member Options located on the lower right corner of the page.
