This is to announce the 2023-24 AZYHL (Travel) Pre-season Seeding Tournament being played on Labor Weekend. It will actually open with a few games on Wed, Aug 30th and Thurs, Aug 31st. Ice is at a real premium Labor Day weekend.

The tournament will then kickoff in earnest Friday, Sept 1st and run thru Monday, Sept 4th. 

The intent is, as always, for all teams to have four games on that weekend, however experience has shown that forcing four games on stronger or maybe less skilled teams has created game results that are less than ideal. So although most teams will play four games on the weekend there are instance where certain teams will only play three. The cost of the Tournament to those teams has been adjusted accordingly.

The use of Game Sheets, the on-line automated scoring system, is back this year. it was very successful throughout the year last year, our first year using it, so it has been brought back.

The use of the blue banner widget below is how you can find information you might be looking for, it is defaulted to the schedule of the upcoming games, but you can use the tabs at the top to search for information by team, division and player. Use the top bar in the Blue banner to refine your search.

We truly hope people are becoming familiar with the use of widgets it is the way all sites are being organized now.
