To Sign Up - follow these steps:
1) Click this link:http://www.azamateurhockey.org/dib_sessions
2) Scroll through to find the position/day/time you want to volunteer for
3) Click on the "item" you want to do
4) Click "Claim this Dib Item"
5) Complete the 4 details, click "Claim Dib Item"
The system will send you a reminder email prior to your volunteer shift you signed up for. You can only cancel your shift 10 days prior to the event.
There are five (5) different volunteer positions:
Penalty Box Attendant Home - monitoring the penalty box for the home team for a set period of time.
Penalty Box Attendant Away- monitoring the penalty box for the away team for a set period of time.
Ticket Sales - Receiving payment for game entry passes for spectators in the lobby.
Tournament Table - Answering questions regarding the tournament, the facility, general information.
Security Attendant - Monitoring game entry doors for proper credentials to enter.
